3月27日，成都金融城三期H10地块走上拍卖席，占地约49亩，容积率2.5，起拍楼面价20000元/平方米。最终，历经1小时20分钟，在招商蛇口、华润置地、中海地产等多家房企超两百轮“厮杀”后，建发房产以楼面价41200元/平方米、溢价率106%竞得该地块，这也是成都楼面价首次突破4万元。
