2025年3月27日，易普力(002096.SZ)公告称，公司拟以现金方式收购河南省松光企业管理咨询中心（有限合伙）持有的河南省松光民爆器材股份有限公司51%股份，交易价格为3.16亿元。
公告指出，次交易不构成关联交易，不构成重大资产重组。交易完成后，松光民爆将成为公司控股子公司。
