3月26日，中国银行副董事长、行长张辉在该行2024年度业绩发布会上表示，2024年，中国银行净息差变动幅度和同业预计大致相当。从更长时间看，中国银行净息差与主要同业的差距呈现明显收窄的趋势。2025年，中国银行将坚持和发扬前期行之有效的做法，合理控制净息差变动幅度。
中国银行2024年年度报告披露，截至2024年末，中国银行净息差1.4%，较上年末下降0.19个百分点。
