3月26日，新天药业（002873）发布公告，控股股东上海新天智药计划在2025年4月17日至2025年7月16日通过大宗交易方式减持不超过470万股，约占公司总股本的1.9975%；
副董事长兼副总经理王金华先生计划以集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持不超过100万股，约占公司总股本的0.425%。
2024年前三季度，新天药业实现收入6.61亿元，归母净利润6100万元。
