去年郑上路路灯一直都未安装，郑上路也黑了一年之久，很多司机都撞上过隔离带。临近过年的时候，郑上路两侧安装了不少灯杆，跟朋友聊起来还以为过年要亮灯，结果过年也未亮。最近路灯还在陆陆续续施工安装。
不知道何时路灯才能亮？年底之前有希望吧？
