【环球网科技综合报道】近日，不少拥有M4 MacBook Air或M4 Max/M3 Ultra Mac Studio的Mac用户遇到了更新难题。据外媒3月15日报道，有用户在Reddit上反馈，他们尝试下载并安装最新发布的macOS 15.4候选发布版时，却收到了错误信息，提示无法下载macOS。
据了解，这是由于Apple未能为新机型提供安装更新所需的解密密钥所致。目前，Apple尚未对此问题作出回应，而受影响用户只能耐心等待Apple的修复，希望尽快能够体验到最新的macOS系统。（旺旺）
