3月23日，浙江杭州，网友发布视频表示：在南山路雷峰塔景区附近，老年旅行团挤不上公交，直接跑到马路中间拦车，要求加车，导致交通拥堵。第一现场原创采访杭州公交集团：这个消息我们是知道的，车子我们有加派，疏通了客流，马路拦车肯定是不文明乘车行为。
