民政部副部长唐承沛23日在中国发展高层论坛2025年年会上表示，我国人口老龄化蕴藏着独特发展机遇。老年消费市场规模庞大，银发经济发展潜力巨大，预计到2035年，银发经济占GDP比重将从6%上升到9%。唐承沛介绍，截至去年底，我国60岁及以上人口3.1亿，65岁及以上人口2.2亿，占比分别为22%、15.6%，已进入中度老龄化阶段，这是我国人口结构变化的突出特点之一。
