当地时间3月22日，厄瓜多尔能源和矿产部发布公告，当天早上6时左右，该国纳波省埃尔查科镇的输油管道发生泄漏。
目前，厄瓜多尔石油公司和当地机构正努力在科卡河放置浮动屏障，以防止影响附近的科卡科多辛克莱水电站的运营。该水电站是厄瓜多尔国主要水电站之一。（央视新闻）
