3月21日，南方航空（600029/01055）发布公告，董事会收到罗来君提交的辞任申请，因工作变动，罗来君申请辞去公司执行董事、董事会提名委员会委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。
根据公告，罗来君的辞任自2025年3月21日起生效，且不会导致公司董事会低于法定最低人数要求。
2024年前三季度，南方航空实现收入1346.61亿元，归母净利润19.65亿元。
