腾讯控股于3月19日发布的2024年财报显示，截至2024年12月31日，集团员工总数达110558人，较2023年末的105417人增加约5000人，在薪酬方面，腾讯2024年总酬金成本为1128亿元，相比2023年的1077亿元有所增加。若以总酬金除以员工数粗略估算，人均年薪约102万元，跟2023年基本持平。
