3月19日，海亮股份（002203）发布公告，关于出售参股公司股权的进展情况。
此前公司召开董事会，决定将持有的金川集团1.12%股权转让给金川集团，交易完成后，公司将不再持有该公司的股份，并与金川集团签署了股份回购减资协议。
截至公告披露日，公司已收到金川集团支付的第一期回购减资款3.12亿元，占全部回购减资款的30%。
2024年前三季度，海亮股份实现收入681.21亿元，归母净利润8.79亿元。
