财联社3月19日电，韩国贸易、工业和能源部表示，为应对贸易壁垒和不公平进口导致的钢铁行业危机，韩国将采取措施防止规避该国对进口钢铁产品征收的反倾销税的行为，以保护当地钢铁行业。为防止钢铁和铝的规避倾销行为，韩国政府计划修订海关条例，允许韩国贸易委员会（KTC）对贸易商通过第三国转运以规避反倾销税的行为进行调查。
