格隆汇3月18日丨据Alphabiz，消息称，三星最新HBM3E在日前英伟达的审核中获得令人满意的评分，预计最快6月初通过英伟达等的品质认证。此前三星HBM3E未能如期获得英伟达品质认证，可能与功耗表现未达标准有关，三星通过设计变更等方式，改善发热等问题。
