3月17日早，据多名网友反馈，腾讯AI聊天助手元宝登录界面，显示无法登录，反复尝试依旧无法进入，或点击同意也无法进入界面，疑似崩了。
对此现象，腾讯元宝回应称：刚刚短暂出现登录异常，目前已经修复。
