近日，秦皇岛经济技术开发区青馨家园社区居委会邀请东北大学民族学院大学生志愿者，为社区老年居民带来一场生动有趣的手机实践课。活动现场，采用“理论讲解+实操演练”的形式，让老年人通过手机学习图片及短视频制作，丰富业余文化生活。
