当地时间3月14日，英特尔公司在文件中表示，英特尔新任CEO陈立武的基础工资为100万美元，外加200%的绩效奖金。此外，陈立武还将获得价值1440万美元的长期股权奖励以及价值1700万美元的英特尔股票绩效奖励，这两项奖励都将在五年内兑现。另外，他还将获得价值960万美元的股票期权，以及价值2500万美元的新员工期权奖励。英特尔在文件中表示，陈立武同意在上任后的30天内购买2500万美元的英特尔股票。
