据CCTV国际时讯消息，当地时间3月14日上午，加拿大总理特鲁多正式向总督玛丽·西蒙提交了辞呈，不再担任加拿大总理。新当选的加拿大执政党自由党党首马克·卡尼将于当天上午11点，也就是北京时间今晚11点宣誓就任加拿大第24任总理。
