人民财讯3月14日电，京能热力(002893)3月14日晚间公告，公司拟设立合资控股项目公司，以其自有或自筹资金进行平谷区峪口镇集中建设区（西区）及周边供热特许经营项目的投资、建设和运营管理，为平谷区峪口镇集中建设区（西区）及周边提供新能源供热、供冷、蒸汽三项服务。该综合能源项目预计建设投资1.73亿元，项目预计将于2025年6月开工，并于2027年10月前实现一期竣工。
