据信用中国网（陕西汉中）略市监处罚(2025) 11号文书显示：略阳县一蛋糕屋无《食品生产许可证》并伪造《食品生产加工小作坊许可证》经营范围从事食品生产经营活动。违反了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第三十五条第一款、《陕西省食品小作坊小餐饮及摊贩管理条例》第九条第二款之规定被略阳县市场监督管理局处以1、没收违法所得2020元。2、处以5000元的行政处罚。以上罚没款共计7020元。
