财联社3月13日电，匈牙利外长西雅尔多当地时间13日在布达佩斯西巴尔干论坛上表示，乌克兰不可能先于西巴尔干国家加入欧盟，这完全违背一体化进程的择优原则。西雅尔多对欧盟长期以来没有接纳新成员国表示遗憾。他表示，无论从经济，还是从安全角度来看，欧盟目前都处于糟糕的状态。与乌克兰相比，西巴尔干国家更符合入盟条件。
