近日，山东济南，有业主发视频称，自己专门换了600元1毛和50元5毛的硬币，拿去交物业费。管家1小时数了145元，明天继续数。业主表示，每次找物业管家处理问题都被各种推辞，催物业费时却特别积极。对此，物业方表示，“咱也不能拒收 ，1小时数了145元”，业主反映的问题都在积极解决。
