济南公交接施工单位通知，3月13日至3月29日夜间(23:00至次日5:00)，文化西路趵突泉南路交叉口封闭施工，在此期间济南公交B18路临时调整部分运行路段。
B18路临时调整后沿文化西路向西、青年东路向南、经十路向西、青年西路向北至经八路向西恢复原线。B18路临时撤销省中医、齐鲁医院、青年桥东站点。
