美国对所有美国进口钢铁和铝征收25%关税的政策从3月12日正式生效。中国有色金属工业协会副会长陈学森表示，我国对美出口铝材数量很少。美国与其采取关税保护国内铝工业，还不如学习国外新进技术，加工技术改造，提升竞争力。（CGTN记者团）
