据多家媒体报道，3月11日，来自30多个国家的军方官员将在巴黎举行会谈，讨论为乌克兰组建一支所谓国际安全部队。美国未获邀参加此次会谈。据报道，除美国外，几乎所有北约成员国的军方领导人或代表都将参加这次巴黎会谈，讨论各自军队可能并愿意提供的兵力、武器或者其他援助。（央视新闻）
