3月11日，华谊兄弟发布公告，近日公司为实际经营需要，与西安启竞时代文化传媒有限公司（简称“启竞时代”）签署协议转让公司所持有的上海英雄互娱游戏股份有限公司（曾用名：英雄游戏科技股份有限公司，简称“英雄互娱”）7418.36万股股票，双方确认并同意，启竞时代以3.36亿元认购上述股份，本次交易完成后，公司不再持有英雄互娱的股权，具体情况以各方签署的协议为准。
