人民财讯3月11日电，深圳市地方金融管理局等四部门印发《深圳市促进风投创投高质量发展行动方案（2025-2026）》的通知，其中提出，开展私募股权创投基金实物分配股票试点。支持将私募股权创投基金持有的符合条件的上市公司首次公开发行前的股份通过非交易过户方式向基金投资者进行分配，提高基金的退出效率，鼓励基金更好发挥对实体经济支持作用。
