张俊秋，女，1955年生于西安市。自幼酷爱诗文书画，当过教师，宣传专干。诗文书画在全国多次获奖。作品具有独特美学思想，个性鲜明以线构架气脉连通。1988年调入陕西省社会科学院某部门至退休。
