格隆汇3月10日丨中色股份(000758.SZ)公布，公司收到中国有色集团《关于增持中国有色金属建设股份有限公司股份实施进展的告知函》，2025年2月20日至2025年3月7日期间，中国有色集团通过深圳证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份1,259.9724万股，其持股比例由34.37%增加至35.00%。截至本公告披露日，该增持计划尚未实施完毕。
