报道称，经初步了解，无人员伤亡。报道还说，台海军将派调查小组厘清原因。
据报道，“张骞”号导弹巡防舰为“成功”级巡防舰，该舰原为美国海军“佩里”级巡防舰的修改型，负责侦巡及战演训任务，驻地为马公军港。
