征稿！陈大可院士担任大会主席！第四届人工智能海洋学论坛第二轮通知暨“OLAR”期刊人工智能专栏征稿

为探索人工智能与海洋科学协同创新的前沿路径，第四届人工智能海洋学论坛定于2025年4月25-27日在浙江省舟山市召开。本届论坛以“智能驱动·深蓝未来”为主题，诚邀国内外科研工作者、工程技术人员、企业代表及海洋领域从业者齐聚东海之滨，分享最新研究成果、碰撞跨界思维火花，携手推动人工智能与海洋科学的深度融合。此外，本届会议携手Ocean-Land-Atmosphere Research（OLAR）期刊，隆重推出“AI-Powered Ocean Research & Realizations”专栏，面向全球征集人工智能海洋学领域的创新性论文。

二、“Ocean-Land-Atmosphere Research”期刊人工智能专栏征稿息

The Science Partner Journal, Ocean-Land-AtmosphereResearch (OLAR), is an open access journal published in affiliation with Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai) (SML) and published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). OLAR, selected as a High Starting Point Journal in the China STEM Journal Excellence Action Plan in 2022, was included in the DOAJ and Scopus databases in 2023 and 2024, respectively. OLAR’s CiteScore in Scopus is currently 4.5. Now, OLAR is organizing a special section titled “AI-Powered Ocean Research & Realizations ”.

Topics for Special Issue

With the rapid advancement of science and technology, ocean data has shown an explosive growth trend, laying a solid foundation for the in-depth analysis of ocean processes and the scientific management of marine resources. Artificial intelligence, relying on its unique machine learning algorithms, can extract potential laws from massive data and is gradually becoming the core engine driving the innovative development of marine science. The deep integration of marine big data, artificial intelligence and marine science has not only greatly accelerated the transformation of the research paradigm of marine science, but also effectively promoted the construction and improvement of a new marine knowledge system. At present, there is an urgent need for a professional display and communication platform to centrally present these research achievements, promote in-depth communication and cooperation among all parties, and fully unleash the powerful driving force of artificial intelligence on the development of marine science.

Against this background, Ocean-Land-Atmosphere Research (OLAR), as the first Science Partner Journal in the field of oceanography, is committed to creating a high-level scientific publishing platform. In cooperation with the "The 4th Artificial Intelligence in Oceanography Forum", we are about to launch a Special Section titled "AI-Powered Ocean Research & Realizations". This Special Section will publish the latest research achievements in the application of marine big data and artificial intelligence in the field of marine science, with particular attention to breakthroughs in aspects such as the construction of marine big data, innovation of artificial intelligence algorithm models, intelligent recognition technology of marine phenomena, intelligent forecasting system of the marine environment, and the development of intelligent ocean models. We aim to deepen the understanding of the promotion of marine scientific research by the integration of marine big data and artificial intelligence through multi-dimensional and all-round display, and further promote the in-depth integration and coordinated development of marine science and emerging technologies.
