当地时间3月5日，吉尔吉斯斯坦国家安全委员会通报称，该国安全部门抓捕了30名地下恐怖组织分支机构成员。这些人员接受来自境外的指令，散布极端思想并为恐怖组织募集资金，其目的是颠覆吉宪法体制并策划针对官员和警务人员的恐怖袭击。
