3月5日，中国贵州茅台酒厂（集团）文化旅游有限责任公司通过官方微信公众号发布声明称，茅台文旅从未授权或委托任何机构或个人，组织开展“茅台集采峰会”“茅台文创新品上市发布会”等活动，从未允许和授权任何社会机构和个人以茅台文旅公司名义收取履约保证金和加盟费。
