3月4日中国进出口银行在官网公告：国家金融监督管理总局2025年2月28日核准，陈怀宇同志任中国进出口银行董事长。
陈怀宇，1970年11月生，2021年4月任中国银行副行长，2023年1月起任海南省副省长。2025年1月17日，中央组织部有关负责同志出席中国进出口银行领导干部会议，宣布中央决定：陈怀宇同志任中国进出口银行党委书记，免去吴富林同志的中国进出口银行党委书记职务。
