人民财讯3月4日电，近日，安徽证监局公告称，对华安证券研究所负责人尹沿技采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。经查，华安证券未能有效规范研究所个别工作人员执业行为，而尹沿技作为该研究所负责人，对此负有直接管理责任。故安徽证监局决定对尹沿技出具警示函，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案。
