当地时间3日，俄罗斯外交部发布公告称，作为日本政府禁止9名俄罗斯公民入境决定的回应，俄方对包括日本外相岩屋毅以及日本驻乌克兰大使等9人采取无限期禁止入境措施。
今年1月，日本宣布禁止11名俄罗斯公民以及29个组织和3家银行的法人代表入境。（总台记者 王德禄）
