TCL科技3月3日公告称，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买重大产业基金持有的深圳华星半导体21.5311%股权（对应注册资本90亿元）并募集配套资金总额不超过43.59亿元。标的公司21.5311%股权的交易价格为115.62亿元。
