3月3日，理想汽车官微发文透露，其首款纯电SUV理想i8计划将于2025年7月发布。据介绍，i8是理想i系列的首款产品，定位中大型六座SUV。理想汽车表示，接下来会把全部的精力用在关注用户需求上，而不是销量和竞争上。至于中期目标，将努力用三年的时间，让理想汽车进入高端纯电品牌的第一梯队。
