3月2日，在2025年CBA全明星周末正赛上，北区明星队159-136战胜南区明星队，邹雨宸砍下23分5篮板2助攻，荣膺本届全明星MVP。
在接受媒体采访时，邹雨宸谈道：“确实没想到能够拿到全明星MVP，非常荣幸，感谢我的队友们一直给我传球，大家都挺谦让，让我最终能够拿到MVP”。
当被问到拿到MVP后会怎样庆祝，邹雨宸表示：“回房间好好休息，准备回北京好好备战接下来的联赛。”
