In Antwerp, Belgium, B BRAND Interior Architecture Studio connected two apartments and carefully created a 32-meter-long loft-style apartment - 'THE FIFTH FLOOR'. With its unique panoramic view, this apartment has a panoramic view of the scenery of the Scheldt River Quay in Antwerp. Its interior and exterior decoration design is a wonderful presentation of the in-depth dialogue between contemporary life concepts and natural landscapes.

在比利时安特卫普，B BRAND 室内建筑事务所将两间公寓打通，精心打造出一间长达 32 米的阁楼式公寓 ——“THE FIFTH FLOOR”。这处公寓凭借独特的全景视野，将安特卫普斯海尔德河码头的风光尽收眼底，其室内外装饰装修设计更是一场当代生活理念与自然景观深度对话的精彩呈现。

From the overall layout, the kitchen, as the core connection point of the entire public area, cleverly plays the role of a 'bridge' between the living room and the dining room. The wine cabinet in the kitchen is made of mirrored glass. When cooking, people can bring the beautiful scenery of the Scheldt River into the room through the glass, as if establishing an intimate interaction with the river. This echo with the river runs through the entire interior design and becomes a unique theme element. The Evolin natural stone floor, under certain lighting conditions, looks like the river naturally extending into the loft, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, making residents feel as if they are on the riverside.

从整体布局来看，厨房作为整个公共区域的核心连接点，巧妙地扮演着客厅与餐厅之间 “桥梁” 的角色。厨房的酒柜采用镜面玻璃材质，烹饪时，人们透过玻璃，能将斯海尔德河的美景引入室内，仿佛与河流建立起一种亲密的互动。这种与河流的呼应贯穿于整个室内设计中，成为独特的主题元素。铺设的 Evolin 天然石材地板，在特定光线条件下，宛如河水自然延伸进阁楼，模糊了室内外的界限，让住户仿佛置身于河畔。

The wave pattern on the cabinet is not only a vivid imitation of the waves of the river, but also cleverly divides the daytime activity area and the nighttime rest area, making the space function clearer. Even the custom door handles of the cabinets incorporate wave design elements. These ingenious details are all from the hands of B BRAND Studio. The floating cabinet behind the kitchen is made of innovative quartz thin plates. The shimmering luster on its surface is just like the sparkling scene on the river, adding a sense of agility and refinement to the space.

橱柜上的波浪图案，不仅是对河水波浪的生动模仿，还巧妙地划分出白天活动区与夜晚休息区，使空间功能更加明确。就连橱柜的定制门把手，也融入了波浪设计元素，这些独具匠心的细节都出自 B BRAND 工作室之手。而厨房后方的悬浮橱柜，选用创新的石英薄板打造，其表面闪烁的光泽，恰似河面上波光粼粼的景象，为空间增添了一份灵动与精致。

In terms of material selection and atmosphere creation, the apartment boldly uses dark and textured materials to create a bold yet private spatial atmosphere. The black textured paint on the walls and ceilings gives the space a deep texture. Thanks to the apartment's all-glass facade design, even with the use of dark materials, sufficient natural light can still fill the interior during the day, and at night, with the carefully designed lighting scheme, the entire space is transformed and exudes a unique charm like a high-end club or cocktail bar. The two 98-inch large screens placed in the living room and dining room further enhance the international urban style of the apartment, allowing residents to keep up with the trend of the times while enjoying a comfortable life.

在材料选择与氛围营造上，公寓大胆采用深色且富有质感的材料，营造出既大胆又私密的空间氛围。墙面和天花板上的黑色纹理涂料，赋予空间深邃的质感。得益于公寓全玻璃的外立面设计，即使在使用深色材料的情况下，白天充足的自然光线依然能够洒满室内，而夜晚，配合精心设计的灯光方案，整个空间摇身一变，散发出如同高级俱乐部或鸡尾酒吧般的独特魅力。客厅和餐厅摆放的两台 98 英寸大屏幕，进一步强化了公寓的国际化都市风格，让住户在享受惬意生活的同时，也能紧跟时代潮流。

In terms of furniture configuration, the custom-made furniture by B BRAND Studio adds the finishing touch to the apartment. The custom-made CROSS dining table placed in the dining room and living room is made of black stained wood with green anodized table legs. The unique color combination not only shows a calm and atmospheric style, but also has a sense of fashion. In the kitchen bar area, SHARDS furniture and two STACK stool prototypes play a variety of functions. Their design not only meets the needs of daily life, but also integrates with the overall space style and becomes part of the space decoration, highlighting B BRAND's innovative ideas and exquisite craftsmanship in furniture design.

家具配置上，B BRAND 工作室定制的家具为公寓画龙点睛。餐厅和客厅摆放的定制版 CROSS 餐桌，采用黑色染色木材搭配绿色阳极氧化处理的桌腿，独特的色彩组合既展现出沉稳大气的风格，又不失时尚感。厨房吧台区，SHARDS 家具和两款 STACK 凳子原型发挥着多种功能，它们的设计不仅满足了日常生活需求，还与整体空间风格相融合，成为空间装饰的一部分，彰显出 B BRAND 在家具设计上的创新理念和精湛工艺。

Looking at the apartment from the outside, the all-glass facade sparkles in the sun, not only providing residents with a broad view, but also making the apartment stand out among the city's buildings. It is like a transparent 'box', closely connecting the exquisite indoor life with the outdoor city scenery, becoming a unique landscape on the Antwerp River.

从室外看向公寓，全玻璃的外立面在阳光下熠熠生辉，不仅为住户提供了广阔的视野，还让公寓在城市建筑中脱颖而出。它如同一个透明的 “盒子”，将室内的精致生活与室外的城市风光紧密相连，成为安特卫普河畔一道独特的风景线。

The “FIFTH FLOOR” apartment successfully creates an ideal living space that combines modern life with natural beauty through clever space planning, design elements that echo the natural landscape, carefully selected materials, and unique custom furniture. The design by B BRAND Interior Architecture not only satisfies the residents’ pursuit of a comfortable life, but also allows them to have a warm harbor in the city center where they can communicate with nature and enjoy quality life.
