2月28日消息，中国人民银行焦作市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，河南沁阳江南村镇银行股份有限公司因未按规定保存客户身份资料和交易记录，被罚款24万元。崔某（时任河南沁阳江南村镇银行股份有限公司行长）对上述违法行为负有责任，被罚款1.6万元。
