【日企预测 2025 年逾万种食品将涨价】2 月 28 日消息，日本帝国数据库发布预测，称 2025 年将有超 1 万种食品涨价。据统计，截至去年 8 月，各食品公司宣布涨价的品种达 10797 种。除原材料涨价外，还受物流和人力成本上升影响，涨价势头或超 2024 年，2024 年全年共有 12520 种食品涨价。帝国数据库负责人预测，虽消费者出现“涨价疲劳”，部分商品销量下滑，但涨价趋势仍将持续。
