当地时间2月27日，据天空体育报道，里昂老板特德斯特希望将前曼联执行副主席兼首席执行官伍德沃德招募进Eagle Football Group的董事会。
自2022年离开曼联以来，伍德沃德就远离了足球。但这位曾在曼联工作了17年的高级管理人员似乎准备重返职场，据悉，他可能会加入拥有里昂队的Eagle Football Group。该集团拥有多个俱乐部，包括里昂、博塔弗戈以及水晶宫的部分股份。伍德沃德可能会加入该集团的董事会。
