新京报贝壳财经讯 2月28日消息，工业和信息化部近日向北京、上海、海南、深圳四地13家外资企业发放增值电信业务经营试点批复。相关企业按照批复内容，可开展互联网接入、信息服务等增值电信业务。截至2025年2月底，我国已有超过2400家外商投资电信企业，较2024年同期增长30%。
