2月24日，东北地区规模最大的跨海大桥工程，长海大桥项目在辽宁大连正式启动，大桥建成后将打通当地多年来的鹭岛交通瓶颈，项目全长25.5公里，其中陆域段6.5公里，海域段19公里，采用一级公路技术标准，双向四车道，设计速度为80公里/小时，总投资79亿元，计划2029年建成通车。
