国家金融监督管理总局新疆监管局发布批复显示，监管已核准昆仑银行赵志龙副行长、董事会秘书张勇、行长助理刘磊的任职资格。资料显示，昆仑银行前身为克拉玛依市商业银行，2009年4月中国石油天然气集团公司通过增资控股克拉玛依市商业银行，2010年4月正式更名为昆仑银行。
