【财华社讯】上海复旦(01385.HK)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，实现营业总收入约为人民币35.9亿元(单位,下同)，较上年度增长约1.51%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为5.73亿元，较上年度下降约20.43%；基本每股收益0.7元。
年度集团的综合毛利率下降5.26个百分点，毛利下降约为1.56亿元。研发费用约为10.31亿元，同比增加约2005.39万元。
