2月26日，新沣集团（01223）发布公告，董事会于2025年2月25日宣布与伊藤忠签订股份买卖协议，收购新伊藤15%股份，交易总金额为60万美元（约合468万港元）。此次收购完成后，新伊藤将成为公司的全资附属公司，提升公司的市场控制力和运营效率。
