2月21日，据吉林唧哝监管局披露，国家开发银行吉林省分行，因未按规定对贷款资金支付实施管理与控制，信贷资金长期滞留借款人账户；项目资本金未与贷款同比例到位；贷后管理不到位，信贷资金未按约定用途使用。被罚款160万元，2名员工分别被罚款5万元。
