北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）2月21日，最高检发布第五十五批指导性案例。
最高检表示，经2024年9月13日最高人民检察院第十四届检察委员会第三十六次会议决定，现将"甲皮业有限公司、周某某等欺诈发行债券、马某出具证明文件重大失实案"等四件案例（检例第219—222号）作为第五十五批指导性案例（证券犯罪主题）发布。
